DKL Dream Playroom Competition Winner!

It has been fabulous watching your DKL Dream Playroom boards come flooding in over the past few weeks, the response has really been tremendous! Here at DKL HQ we have gotten our colleagues together to form a panel of judges  to choose which Dream Playroom deserved to be crowned king! It may sound like an easy task, but it was far from that – trust me no board has been left without careful consideration.

So, without further ado, we are pleased to announce the winner  is Viv Gilbey!

We were all truly inspired by her dream playroom. It has been put together so thoughtfully;  the rainbow theme running throughout the elements is so magical and the bright colours are sure to capture a child’s imagination. Other aspects we loved were the ‘best bed ever’ and the great variety of toys that were chosen, each stimulating something different to aid in a child’s development. So all in all we agreed this board bought us all warmth and joy.

We would like to give special mentions to a few other boards that were just pipped to the number 1 spot! Wendy McDonalds board showed so much thought and we loved the safari theme that carried through the whole room. We were really impressed by the descriptions she used for each image, it gives all of the features a personal touch which really helped us imagine the fun a child would have playing here.

Noblemcsquer‘s board was also very inspiring we loved the bookshelf/reading place which is perfect to get lost in stories and the whimsical Alice and Wonderland style decor!

We would like to say a massive Thank you to all who got involved, and Congratulations to Viv Gilbey –  please contact us on SocialN@dkl.co.uk with your full name and address so we can get your fantastic prize hamper of DKL toys sent out to you!
